Kerry is a Certified Athletic Therapist who graduated from the University of Winnipeg in 2025. She is passionate about helping people move better, recover from injury, and return to the activities they love.

Her clinical and field experience includes working with both the general public and highperformance athletes in football and hockey. Originally a competitive dancer, Kerry earned an Honours BA in Dance from the School of Contemporary Dancers, where she developed a deep
appreciation for human movement, an interest that inspired her career in athletic therapy.

Kerry stays active through long-distance running and resistance training and is also ACE Fitness certified, leading group interval training classes that challenge both the cardiovascular and musculoskeletal systems. She works with individuals of all ages and fitness levels, supporting recovery from a wide range of everyday injuries.

She treats both acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, with a strong emphasis on exercise-based rehabilitation. Her approach combines evidence-informed programming with manual therapy techniques, including myofascial cupping.

Whether clients are recovering from injury, managing ongoing pain, or working to improve performance, Kerry’s goal is to support them through every stage of rehabilitation. She believes purposeful movement is one of the most effective tools for restoring function, enhancing performance, and preventing future injury.
